Kali Healthcare is developing seamless technology that encapsulates the theme of a ” smarter way
to monitor pregnancy”

The technology encompasses a  revolutionary new wearable device, that provides proprietary sensor arrays for a superior Fetal information flow.  Yet is comfortable, portable and more accessible than current second generation devices in use.

The device intelligently monitors key measures of maternal and fetal wellbeing to provide greater peace of mind. It uses a smart application from the patient’s phone and transmits information to their proprietary cloud AI platform for conversion into a readable form, then on to the patient’s clinician for review.

Kali has raised Au$1.7 million in SAFE Notes and secured a CRC Grant of $2.7 million.  Seeking funding of ~$2.5 million in their first priced round to complete clinical studies and proceed to FDA 510k clearance .  There is already a high level of interest in follow-on funding and we’re in the market to complete the Round.
