Funding Requirements
CiBRAI maiden capital raising is seeking to raise a minimum of $500,000 for its commercialisation/business growth of its Cyber AI service offering. This capital raise allows CiBRAI to transition from its initial client proof-of-concept stage to expand to full‑scale commercialization. CiBRAI has had significant business interest and commercial demand for their services and now requires the working capital to employ staff and purchase the necessary hardware. CiBRAI’s business model is a hybrid AI service, implementing local hardware with Cloud technology. It involves a two-fold roll out, initially it is the installation of the software and hardware followed by an ongoing subscriber-based recurring business model.

Now with a proven customer case-study which validates the technological service know how of CiBRAI, there is a clear operational roadmap. CiBRAI is now poised to provide its unique capabilities to service its existing enquiry base and looking forward into an ever expanding an increasingly complex cyber security marketplace.

The funds from the capital raising will be used to:

  • Purchase additional server capacity with larger and more efficient hardware to enable efficiencies with the expected new client take up of the tiered services.
  • Hire already identified specialized staff for system installation, deployment, and integration.
  • Meet the working capital delta to fund the anticipated customer take up.
