Guy has over 30 years-experience in finance, investment and corporate advisory roles whilst working for various stockbroking firms as well as running his own independent corporate advisory business.

He has been directly involved in numerous small-cap capital raisings, IPO’s and ‘back door’ ASX listings. He has also held directorships for a few small-cap ASX listed public companies. He also facilitates Management and Corporate Governance training for several workplace enterprises and lectures on the subject. He also provides individual coaching to managers and board directors regarding day to day issues as well as coaching on various governance issues that arise.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment and was also a Lieutenant in the Australian Infantry albeit as Guy would say a long time ago!
